Copyright and Licence
As the photographer, I own the copyright of all photographs taken. You are buying 10 printable images on CD as part of the package so you have the right to copy these images for self promotion. They may not be used by any third party for commercial purposes. More information on copyright ownership can be found at www.ipo.gov.uk
Photographers issue licences to allow people to reproduce their images. I will give you a licence that will reflect your needs – ie how you want to publish any images (website/brochure), where (eg UK/Europe/US), and how long you want to use them for.
I will only be able to use your photos for promoting my work if you sign a model release form and I will not let any third party use them whilst they are licensed to you unless you agree.
